RETURN POLICY / REFUND POLICY

You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you, subject to the terms and conditions below.  No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from the date of delivery except for extreme circumstances. 

Contact support@roracat.co for information about returning or exchanging your item and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  

Unless the item is defective, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

EXCHANGES OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

Items that are delivered to you defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item only.  If your item is delivered defective or damaged, email us at support@roracat.co and we will take care of you.

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items may not be returned:  

-- Apparel (Shirts)

-- Home Decor (Wood Signs)

-- Certain health and personal care items.

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

 

The following items may be returned at our discretion for a partial refund:

 

-- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

-- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

 

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Your bank’s or credit card issuer’s refund processing may impact the timing of your refund. Allow up to five business days to see the credit hit your account.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you haven’t received a refund after being notified that a refund would be issued, first check your bank account or credit card again and then reach back out to us at support@roracat.co.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card issuer.
