Most of our products ship within 2-4 weeks via DHL and USPS with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days, while other items may take up to 4 weeks. We will email tracking information to you as soon as your package ships!

WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take up anywhere from 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. Our customer service team will keep you updated along the way.

WHY DID I RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days, while our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!
